Your support means everything to us. To ensure a smooth, professional, and luxurious experience for all clients, please review our policies below:

✨ Booking & Deposits

• Full payment is required for all appointments
• Appointments made in the spa, or through text message, are NOT confirmed without a deposit.

🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Please reschedule or cancel 24–48 hours in advance. 
• No refunds on any services.
• Store credit is available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. 
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited payment.

⏰ Late Policy

• A Late fee may apply after 7 minutes.
• Please note that if you are running too far behind, your appointment may need to be cancelled to avoid overlapping with the next client.
• Payment will be forfeited for missed appointments. 

Before & After Hours Appointments

• Available for an additional fee
• Pricing may vary — please contact the spa to book
