Once you’ve created your first booking you’ll get an email with your login/account info which will give you to access your bookings.
When booking, any service over $25 dollars requires a 50% deposit, and any service below $25 requires full payment.
To RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL an appointment, please contact Roas BY TEXT at least “4 hours prior” the appointment time to secure your deposit. (305)927-2957
You may reschedule up to 2x with the same deposit.
No refunds – Store credit only when appointment is cancelled at least 4 hours in advance (Valid for 30 days)
Based on the length of your services, if you are running too late your appointment is at risk of being cancelled without a refund nor store credit.
Please make any necessary changes to your appointment at least 4 hours in advance, you will not be able to take off a service during your appointment.
