 PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING!

BUSINESS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED

 

Once you’ve created your first booking you’ll get an email with your login/account info which will give you to access your bookings. 

When booking, all services require full payment.

                                                                     To RESCHEDULE or CANCEL an appointment, please do so 24HOURS in advance.

                                                     You may also contact the spa 24HOURS in advance to reschedule or cancel. (305)927-2957

                                                                                       You may reschedule up to 2x with the same deposit.

No refunds – Store credit only when appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance (Valid for 30 days) 

Based on the length of your services, if you are running late your appointment is at risk of being cancelled without a refund nor store credit.
