Booking Cancellation Policy

(2) Booking Modifications Allowed per Booking

You may change or reschedule your appointment (2) two times if necessary; however, modifications must be done up to 4 hours prior to the appointment time. Please be considerate of the time of the staff.

No refund – Store credit only  (Valid for 30 days)

While we allow “Cancellation”  we cannot issue a refund due to complications with the payment system. We will however issue a credit that can be used towards future appointments or products we sell on the website. Your credit MUST BE USED within 30 days of the cancellation. We encourage you to reschedule your booking instead of canceling it but we do know things happen. Upon canceling your appointment please contact us to confirm your credit.
