Do you ship to my country?
We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for most of our orders (unless specified on the product page) so it is very likely we can ship to your country.
SHIPPING – HERE ARE OUR ESTIMATED SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES:
USA: 3 - 8 business days
Canada: 6 -12 business days
World: 10 -20 business days
Estimated priority mail transit times for international orders:
First Class Mail: Varies per Country’s customs.
Priority Mail: 6-10 Business Days.
Priority Express Mail: 3-5 Business Days
Your order will be sent out on average within 2 business days of ordering depending on the time of the purchase. Our shipping department works on eastern time business hours (9 am – 5 pm).
International shipping: International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Due to the widespread of COVID-19 globally, we expect major international delivery delays due to insufficient airfreight capacity and government restrictions. Please expect delays when shipping internationally.
My package was marked as delivered, but I have not received my package.
Sometimes carriers such as USPS/ FEDEX/ USPS tracking information can be updated in advance and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we are currently working on providing future shipping methods to a P.O. Box
Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
For a change of shipping address after your order has been placed, please let us know ASAP so we can make the change. We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time before your item is shipped so please give us the information as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

I ordered 2 or more items, but only received one… where’s my order?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. Please do not panic, your order is on the way!
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly please contact us and we will fix it for you.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We are not offering wholesale pricing at this time.
When will you be restocking the items that are sold out?
